All pricing is based on a minimum charge of 1 hour.

We offer a 15% discount to EMT, Fire and Police professionals in recognition of their daily sacrifices for our communities.

Our pricing structure is simple.

$95.00/hr per technician for onsite/home office technical support or repair.

$65.00/hr phone support/remote support

$150.00 flat fee personal shopping (see the Custom Built PC link for more details) Max 1.5hrs.

All services are subject to NJ State Sales Tax of 7%.

We only charge mileage if we have to travel over 50 miles to a client. Our base of operations is in Mays Landing, NJ. Mileage is $15.00 for 51 -100 miles traveled and so on.

The office hours are from 5:30PM - 10:00PM M-F
10AM-7PM Saturday and Sunday.

We can make special arrangements if additional hours and times are needed.
